Make a reservation
You can reserve your favorite date on NSS Pattam without
any financial commitment at all. Here is how it works:
You give us your preferred dates, and we will reserve those
dates for you. If you decide to stay with those dates, or you
change the dates, 90 days before the start of the charter a
50% deposit will be due and a contract needs to be
finalized and signed. Then 60 days before the charter starts
the final payment must be completed.
If someone else wants to have the same dates you have
chosen, you will have 2 weeks from that time to decide
whether you want those dates or not. If you decide you do
not want the dates, that is the end of that reservation and
you have no additional commitments. If you decide you
want those dates, then you have those 2 weeks to finalize
the contract and make the down payment for the charter.
Another benefit is that you lock in the charter fee at the
time of the reservation, even if you change the dates
slightly later on.
In other words, it is a simple process with no hassles, but you
can save your preferred dates and still be able to change
your mind. In other words you can have your cake and eat it.

After you agree with the terms of the contract, a deposit of
50% will be required with the signature. The deposit goes to
our clearing house, who also act as the escrow agent for
you and us. They hold the monies until they are to be
disbursed per the contract. Payments can also be by credit
card, but we will charge you the credit card fee.
Make the final payment
You make the final payment according to the contract,
usually 60 days before the start of the charter, again to the
escrow agent.

with your preferences in food and activities.

We help you coordinate land arrangements so your
transition from airport/hotel/villa to and from NSS Pattam is
smooth and painless.
